Violating these rules may result in immediate and permanent suspension of your access to the App.
We use automated keyword filtering and AI-based safety systems to detect and block prohibited content in real time. Messages that violate our content rules are removed before they are delivered.
You can also report users directly within the App using the report button during any chat. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include banning the reported user.
Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee that all harmful content will be detected. If you encounter content that makes you feel unsafe, please use the block and report features immediately.
Secret Chat is built on anonymity. You are not required to provide your real name or any identifying information. However, this anonymity comes with responsibility — you are still fully accountable for the content you send and the way you interact with others.
Anonymity does not protect you from legal action if you engage in illegal behavior. We may be compelled to share data with law enforcement in response to valid legal requests.
All content, code, design, trademarks, and logos in the App are the exclusive property of Secret Chat and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the App without our written permission.
Secret Chat is free to use and is supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Interstitial ads are shown between chat sessions. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads.
Secret Chat is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
