This Privacy Policy explains how Prodz ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Prodz mobile application. By using Prodz, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Anonymous Account Data: Prodz uses anonymous authentication via Firebase. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information to create an account.
• Photos You Upload: If you choose to upload a product photo to generate styled product photography, that image is temporarily uploaded to our servers for processing and then stored in Firebase Cloud Storage associated with your anonymous account.
• Generated Images: Product photos generated by the AI are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage and linked to your anonymous account.
• Usage Data: We collect data about your usage of the app, such as the number of images generated, your subscription plan, and quota usage.
• Purchase Information: Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed by RevenueCat. We do not store your payment or billing details.
• Device Information: Basic device identifiers may be collected by Firebase for analytics and crash reporting purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected to:

• Provide and improve the core product photography generation service.
• Track your usage quota and enforce subscription limits.
• Process and verify subscription purchases.
• Maintain app stability and diagnose technical issues.
• Automatically clean up old generated images to protect storage.

3. AI-Generated Content

Prodz uses Google's Gemini AI to generate product photography. Photos and text you provide are sent to Google's Gemini API solely for the purpose of generating your requested image. We do not use your photos or input to train AI models. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for information on how Google handles data submitted to its APIs.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the app:

• Google Firebase – Authentication, database, cloud storage, and cloud functions.
• Google Gemini API – AI-powered image generation.
• RevenueCat – Subscription management and purchase validation.
• Apple App Store – In-app purchases and billing.

5. Data Retention

Generated images and uploaded photos are stored in your anonymous account and are subject to periodic automated cleanup. If you delete your data through the app (Settings → Delete My Data), all your stored images and account data are permanently removed from our servers.

6. Children's Privacy

Prodz is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and stored securely in Google Firebase infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete all your data at any time via Settings → Delete My Data inside the app.
• Request information about the data we hold about you by contacting us.

9. Third-Party Links

The app may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties and encourage you to review their privacy policies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
