Privacy Policy

In short: your designs and photos stay on your device. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number. When you use AI, only the description you type is sent to generate the image. We never sell your data.

1. On your device

Designs, photos you pick and images you generate are stored on your device only. Background removal runs fully on-device. We request add-only photo access to save your designs and never read your library.

2. Anonymous account

We create a random anonymous identifier (Firebase Authentication), with no personal data, to link your AI credits, purchases and free tries.

3. AI features

We ask for your consent before your first use of AI. When you generate an image or use “Improve description”, your text, chosen style and size are sent to our server (Google Cloud / Firebase) and to Google Gemini. We do not store your prompt text on our servers; we log operational data (style, size, timing) for credits and performance. Generated images are returned to your device and include Google’s invisible SynthID watermark. See the Gemini API Terms.

4. Purchases

Payments are handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your card. RevenueCat manages subscriptions and credit balances and keeps your purchase history linked to your anonymous ID. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4.1 Refund requests

If you ask Apple or Google for a refund, we may share information about your use of what you bought, such as how many AI images you created and your remaining credit balance, so they can consider it in their decision. We never share your designs or images. By using the app you consent to this sharing.

5. Feedback and reports

If you send feedback, we store what you submit (reasons, your note, and the prompt and style for AI images) to improve the app. If you report an image, we store the reason, your details, and the image’s prompt and style with your anonymous ID for review, and remove the image from your gallery.

6. Analytics and crash reports

We use Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring (device model, OS, in-app events, crash reports). Your design content is never included.

7. Ads

The app shows no ads today, does not use your device’s advertising identifier and does not track you across other apps or websites. If we add ads later, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

8. Deleting your data

In the app: Account → “Delete my data and account”. This deletes your anonymous account, credit balance, RevenueCat purchase history, feedback and usage counters, and wipes your designs from the device. It does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it in your App Store or Google Play settings. You can also email support@livroll.com.

9. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
